Services Provided
Hope for the Journey offers in-person and online mental health and counseling services, including but not limited to:
Individual therapy
Couples and marriage counseling
Faith-based counseling
Trauma and grief counseling
Virtual counseling (telehealth) for clients located in Sint Maarten, the United States, and internationally
All services are delivered by a clinically trained professional and may include optional integration of spiritual or faith-based principles based on client preference.
Eligibility & Client Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By booking a session, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session links and client portal access.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All sessions are confidential, in accordance with the laws of Sint Maarten and, when applicable, HIPAA guidelines for U.S.-based clients. For more details on how your data is handled, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
Telehealth Services
If you are engaging in virtual counseling:
You confirm that your location allows for telehealth services and that you meet any local requirements.
Sessions will be conducted via secure, encrypted video conferencing software.
Technical disruptions may occasionally affect session quality, for which we are not responsible.
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in advance or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and approved online payment platforms.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed session fee.
No refunds are issued for completed sessions.
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the website or its content. This includes:
Uploading harmful or offensive content
Attempting unauthorized access
Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the site without written consent
Intellectual Property
